· Where do I check-in and pick up my party tickets?
On the day of your party, please check in at the Birthday Party Check-In Window any time prior to your scheduled party time. Soak City opens at 10 a.m. Otherwise, please check in at least 15 min. prior to your party time. A party associate will issue your admission and meal tickets, special birthday gift for the birthday child, and provide instructions to assist with locating your reserved area.

· Can I purchase additional party tickets?
Additional tickets may be purchased in advance only. Tickets purchased less than 5 business days prior to your scheduled event date will not receive cupcakes. Please call (714) 220-5200, Daily 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

· Do you have a ticket Will-Call Window?
Sorry, we do not have a ticket will-call window. Please ensure your entire group is present prior to entering through the main gate or make arrangements accordingly with your guests.

· Do you mail party tickets in advance?
Sorry, we do not mail tickets in advance. If necessary, arrangements can be made to pick up tickets in advance of your party date by calling (714) 220-5200.

· What time is the food service?
Buffet-Style Meal Service is provided for ONE HOUR and begins ½ hour into your party time.

· What if we’re running late for our party?
Please have your entire group adhere to your scheduled reservation time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. Due to subsequent scheduled parties, your meal service cannot be extended. Knott’s Soak City shall reserve the right to reschedule event areas when necessary. Guests will be notified in advance.

· Can I bring my own birthday cake or other food items?
You may bring your own cake. Guests that choose to bring their own cake are responsible for providing their own plates and utensils (plastic only). Sorry, storage or refrigeration is not available in the park. No additional food items, glass containers, large coolers, candy, or beverages are allowed in the park. Small coolers will be allowed that contains bottled water or sports/hydrating drinks only.

· Can I bring in party decorations?
You may bring in party tablecloths, balloons, party hats and decorative items that might require tape only. In this case, you are responsible for taking down your decorations at the end of your party time. Sorry, piñatas are not allowed.

· Where can I store birthday gifts or personal items?
If you need to store birthday gifts or personal items, lockers are available for a nominal fee. Or, you may exit and re-enter the park by receiving a hand stamp.

· What if it rains?
In the event of rain, you may reschedule your party to another available date or you may cancel your party by calling: (714) 220-5200. On rare occasions, the Park may close due to rain. In the event of Park closure, you may choose one of the options mentioned.
